Polio is eradicated in all countries in the world except India, Pakistan, Afganistan, Nigeria where it is still endemic. Rotarian of India & Govt. of India have toiled hard for the last 15 years. We have been able to reduce the incidence of Polio by 95 % yet the last 5 % is posing a challenge to us. We need to recommit ourselves with more vigour to see the last of Polio. The polio summit organized by the districts in Western India, will help us to remotivate Rotarians for this historical cause. DG Rtn. Vinay Kulkarni Governor of the host district & self urge all Rotarians to attend the summit in large numbers. Your presence will motivate all the Rotarians.
