Dear District Governors and District Governors Elect in India,
Greetings from Rotary International South Asia Office !
We are to inform you that w.e.f. 01 October 2007, RI World Headquarters has revised the exchange rate from US $ 1= INR 41.00 to US $ 1= INR 40.00.
This rate would remain effective till further notification.
The exchange rate is applicable for all payments to Rotary International South Asia Office and contributions to Rotary Foundation (India).
You are requested to please inform the Clubs and Rotarians in your district at the earliest.
You are also requested to note that RI rate applicable is dependent on the date of receipt of Cheque/draft in Rotary International South Asia Office and not on the date of preparation of Cheque/draft or date of dispatch. |

In April 2008 a team of 4 young professionals lead by IT veteran from Pune, Mr Deepak Shikarpur will be visiting Ohio state in USA. The team will be promoting India, its cultural, academic and professional strengths amongst American professionals, academicians.
