The Conference Committee and the District Governor warmly invite you along with your spouse, kids and the friends for the 23rd District Conference, RID 3130, to be held in Goa on 19-20-21 January 2007. The conference will be held at Kala Academy, situated on the sprawling scenic setting of River Mandavi joining to Arabian Sea. The auditorium hall is air-conditioned with excellent acoustic system. There will be a feast of conference programs with eminent speakers for each session. Our fellowship will be on cruises. We have kept a lot of spare time for you to enjoy Goa.
